Returns
If the product you purchased from UNTAMED BRAND doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of receiving it.
Please ensure the item is unused, in its original condition, and has all original tags attached.

Complaints
We’re sorry if you’ve had a negative experience with our product.
We’ll do everything we can to resolve your complaint quickly and in a way that satisfies you.

Please make sure to fill out all fields – this can help speed up the response time.
Send the completed form to shop[@]untamedbrand.com with the subject: “COMPLAINT / Order Number”
Please remember to check the condition of your package in the presence of the courier.
If you notice any damage caused during transport, notify both the courier and the Seller immediately.
Transport damage claims will only be processed if a damage report has been signed by the courier and the customer.
Approved returns and complaints may result in a refund, product replacement (if available), or a price adjustment.
Refunds will be issued to the bank account provided by the customer.
We do not accept any return shipments sent with cash on delivery.
